These terms cover your use of a11y.bytkit.com (“we”, “us”), operated by an independent operator based in the United Arab Emirates. By running a scan or ordering a report you agree to them. Questions: support@bytkit.com.

What we provide

• Free scan: an automated accessibility test of up to 3 public pages of a website, with summary results.
• Full report ($49, one-time): an automated test of up to 25 public pages reachable from the address you give us, delivered by email as an HTML report and (when it can be generated) a PDF.

What the results are — and are not

Results come from automated tools (axe-core, run in a headless browser). Automated tools detect only a portion of accessibility issues and can occasionally report issues that aren’t real barriers. Our results are not legal advice, not an audit by a person, and not a certification. We do not guarantee that your website complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), WCAG or any other law or standard, and using our service does not protect you from lawsuits, demand letters or other claims. For legal questions, consult a qualified attorney.

Your responsibilities

• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to test, or public websites in a way that respects their terms. Don’t use the service to overload, attack or probe any website.
• You are responsible for the changes you make to your website based on our results.

Acceptable use and limits

We apply rate limits, respect robots.txt and may refuse or stop scans at our discretion (for example for abuse, private networks, or sites that block automated access).

Payment

Paid reports are sold through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which processes your payment, issues your receipt and handles applicable sales tax. Their buyer terms also apply. Prices are in USD. The “monitoring” waitlist is not a subscription and nothing is charged for it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including legal costs, settlements or lost sales.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. The terms in force when you place an order apply to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
